Availability for individual parties will be sole based on availability and each request will be closly monitored before acceptance. If you are wanting a combo party we may be able to work it out but for the time being, may be the same coach doing both. We appreciate your patience as we work through some re grouping and making the experience what we had originally set it out to be, with little to no flaws. We are also working hard on getting the Trailer (Bunker) up to working standards so that would be available as well, but will not deter from the game experience. We want your kids to have an amazing time and for you to be able to relax and enjoy your family and friends having a fun time with the experiences we provide. We are also Hiring for the position of Laser Tag Coach, which would start out as a part time position with the potential for full time. Training will be provided. Must be over the age of 21 and consent to a background check.

This is a job that does go based on the scheduling of the events and parties so there is no set schedule, unless you need time off well in advance. We normally book 1-2 month in advance. We may have still been dealing with the global pandemic, that we are all still griping with today, but with careful planning, and being responsible with the parties we conduct we can say without a doubt that we put a ton of smiles on KIDS (and ADULTS) faces this year. To those who have booked us this past year, we hope that we have lived up to the hype that was created with the party experience. We expect a BIG 2022, and with more games and hardware being released this year we are excited about what the future will bring. 

To our staff! We want to thank you for everything that you have done for us this year and the experiences that you have given to our clients this year. Birthday parties are meant to be memorable, and I feel very strongly that this year you all have achieved just that! Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, Spencer Family Entertainment will issue new rules and regulations until further notice to ensure the safety of our gamers and employees.

· FACE MASKS

Every guest/gamer who enters the trailer or Playing Field is recommended, not required, to wear a face mask at all private parties. All PUBLIC held events will be required to have a face mask inside the trailer at all times, unless you are FULLY Vaccinated. It can be homemade or store bought.  

· AGE LIMIT

Per our existing rules, children aged 3 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the theater. Children under 3 will not be allowed to play or around the playing field.

· Washing Hands

We have a hand sanitizing station set up inside the trailer and we ask that you wash your hands or sanitize frequently, especially coming in and out of the trailer.

If anyone is sick or experiencing any symptoms, we ask them to please refrain from coming to the trailer and will not be allowed to participate.

**We clean and sanitize all trailers and equipment before and after every event. 

We understand that there are many that are trying to adjust to the ways of doing things and we are here for you. The safety of our guests and employees is our number 1 concern. We will continue to follow guidelines given to us by the Health professionals and will make adjustments as the information is given to us.
